Evelyn Toni Mulder, FCAS, MAAA, FCA
Toni Mulder is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries with over twenty five years of experience in the actuarial field.
Ms. Mulder has performed in-depth analyses in a broad range of practice areas and in a variety of consulting engagements. As a consultant, she has provided Actuarial Statements of Opinion for major casualty insurers and reinsurers.
Ms. Mulder has provided risk-focused actuarial reports for insurance department financial examinations of property and casualty insurers, provided rate filing reviews, testified at rate hearings and performed services for insurance departments.
Ms. Mulder’s career has been focused on estimating ultimate loss and loss expense reserves for insurance companies, reinsurers, self-insured corporations, hospitals, railroads, law firms, brokers, captives, risk-retention groups and state, county, and city governments. Ms. Mulder specializes in the longer tail liability lines such as hospital and physicians; and surgeons; professional liability, products liability, general liability, commercial automobile liability with a specialty in taxicab liability, and workers’ compensation
Ms. Mulder has been engaged as an expert witness by a number of major worldwide insurance companies involving arbitration proceedings and litigation. Ms. Mulder has never lost a case in which she has testified.
